  20. Yes, it can "run" in 12MB just like X can run in 4MB -- namely, so slowly
  21. as to be of value only as a curiosity.  NT is barely tolerable on a 24MB
  22. Pentium 60, so I doubt 16MB would be very enjoyable either.
